Delhi Development Authority invites applications for the following post(s) via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Consultant (Senior Landscape Architect)

Essential Qualification:

Two years full time Masters in Landscape Architecture from a recognized University.
Five years full time Bachelor in Architecture from recognized reputed University.

Essential Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience after masters degree in Core Landscape projects candidates must have:

Handled Regional/city level Landscape projects of area not less than 50 hectares from inception of the project till the completion.
Experience of working on ecological projects is essential.
A full-time continuous experience of at least 3 years of working in a Government organization on landscape projects.
Experience in Site coordination and supervision/execution of site works.
Knowledge of Preparation of BOQs and Estimates.

Desirables:

Proficiency in Architectural based software-Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Development Softwares, MS Office (particularly proficient in documentation and presentations)
Any publications/research paper published and interest in Seminars for knowledge building.

Post Name: Consultant (Landscape Architect)

Essential Qualification:

Master Degree or equivalent in Landscape Architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized University.

Essential Work Experience:

Candidate must have Proficiency in Architectural based software-Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Development Software, MS Office (particularly proficient in documentation and presentations)

Desirable:

01 Year of Experience in Landscape Projects after a Master’s Degree.
