Post Name: Executive Director
Essential Qualification: Post Graduate in Law/Finance/Economics / Accountancy from a recognized University or Institution with knowledge of Insolvency or Bankruptcy issues.
Essential Work Experience: With eight years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis
Post Name: Chief General Manager
Essential Qualification:
(i) Master of Business Administration with specialization in Law/ Finance/Economics / Accountancy.
(ii) Post Graduate in Law/ Finance/Economics / Accountancy from a recognized University or Institution with knowledge of Insolvency or Bankruptcy issues.
Essential Work Experience: Officers with not less than seventeen years of experience In officer cadre of which minimum ten years’ experience in the field of Law, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or Administration.

Essential Qualification:
(i) Master of Business Administration Finance/Economics / Accountancy with specialization
in Law/ Finance/Economics / Accountancy.
(ii) Post Graduate in Law/ Finance/Economics / Accountancy from a recognized University or Institution with knowledge of Insolvency or Bankruptcy issues.
Essential Work Experience: Officers with not less than fourteen years of experience in officer cadre of which minimum seven years’ experience in the field of Law, Finance, Economics, Accountancy or Administration.
