ICMR National Institute of Cancer Prevention and Research invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post:

Post Name: Research Associate-III

Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Population Studies/Demography/Public Health/ Bio-statistics on equivalent degree. OR Master degree in Public Health/Population Studies/ Demography/Bio-statistics with three years of experience in health research and one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.

Desirable:

  • Additional Post-doctoral research/ training experience in disease modeling.

  • Sound knowledge of application of statistical software R, STATA

  • Prior experience of disease burden estimation/ projection

  • Prior experience of spatial analysis using different methods for disease modeling.

  • Prior experience of analyzing large scale surveys including.

  • Prior experience of conducing systematic reviews

  • At least one/two publication either as a fist author or corresponding author in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.

  • Strong verbal and writing managerial skills.
