Essential Qualification:
a. C.A. (Chartered Accountant) with 19 years experience or
b. Two years full time MBA in Finance/ICWA or equivalent relevant professional qualification with 22 years relevant experience
For Transfer (absorption)/ Deputation of officer of the Central/ State Govt./ PSUs / autonomous bodies having 5 years regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 13 and possessing the qualifications as prescribed above, for the post.
OR
Holding analogous post on regular basis.
