Essential Qualification: Post-graduate degree in Social Work or Fisheries Science or Fisheries/ Agricultural Economics or Fisheries/ Agricultural Extension or Economics or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification: Experience in working with fishing communities. Experience with Qualitative Research Methods; Analysing qualitative data & writing papers. Basic computer skills- MS Word and Excel. Experience with Qualitative Interviewing and/or Focus Groups. Good communication skills in Malayalam. Writing skills in English and Malayalam. Willingness to work in the field. Enthusiasm, Flexibility, Ability to work independently & as part of a team.

Essential Qualification:
(i) Graduate degree in Fisheries Science or equivalent.
(ii) Graduate degree in Electronic Engineering or BSc in any discipline along with a PG diploma in remote sensing and GIS or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification:
(i) Experience with Qualitative Research Methods. Basic computer skills- MS Word and Excel. Experience with Qualitative Interviewing. Good communication skills in Malayalam. Willingness to work in the field. Enthusiasm, Flexibility, Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
(ii) Basic knowledge of collection of environmental data for electronic applications.
