Essential Qualification: Engineering graduate with MBA.

Essential Work Experience:

• Power Trading in various market segments of Power Exchanges for a minimum period of 3 years.

• Experience in Real Time Markets (RTM), Day Ahead Market (DAM), Term Ahead Market (TAM) for Electricity & RECs and ES Certs.

• Bilateral - Solar, Wind Corporate PPA and PSA, Group Captive Advisory, Electricity Procurement Advisory.

• Coordination with SRLDC, SRPC, NLDC, Regulatory bodies, etc.

• Energy Audits for PAT compliance, Energy Management Solutions as EaaS.

• Realization of Power bills dues.

• Liasoning with Discoms with respect to renewal and amendment of PPAs and new project.

• Coordination with Solar power projects with utilities in respect Power Purchase Agreements, Billing & Realization and regulatory affairs.

• Filing and follow up of Tariff Petitions & Miscellaneous petitions for adjudication of disputes with Discoms/ Escoms /EBs before CERC and Appeals before APTEL & Regional Electricity Regulatory Commissions and other legal forums.
