Essential Qualification: Doctorate degree in Natural or Agricultural Science or Masters degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or Institute.

Essential Work Experience: Fifteen years experience in innovation or research or development or demonstration or design or construction in Industrial or Academic or Government Institutions or organizations.
