Post Name: Consultant (Civil)

Essential Qualification: BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering from UGC recognised University

Essential Work Experience: Candidate should have minimum 07 years of postqualification experience in a construction work project site and should be proficient in AutoCAD / Revit software

Desirable:

• Experience in dealing with statutory bodies such as Municipal Corporation, Fire department, Forest and environment, pollution control boards, Director Town and Country Planning, Haryana (DTCP), Change of land use etc for obtaining clearances and approvals such as zoning, completion, Occupation certificate etc

• Proficiency in measurement and certification of work as per CPWD norms

• Knowledge of DSR, DAR, CPWD specification and manual and GFR etc

• Knowledge of estimation and tendering process in GeM Portal, CPP Portal, Govt Organisation/PSU/Autonomous Bodies set up
