All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bhubaneswar invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:

Post Name: Project Technician-III (Lab Technician)

Essential Qualification:

1) Masters Degree (M.sc) in Bioinformatics or any other interdisciplinary life science background with a minimum of 60% marks. Candidates with a good academic record, and experience/interest Microbiome sequencing data analysis as well as other types of omics data, and excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are desirable

2) Working knowledge in one or more scripting and statistical languages (R, Perl, Python and Linux/Unix) appropriate for scalable data analysis.

3) ability to communicate scientific material

4) interact with wet lab scientists including microbiologists, immunologists and biochemists as well as with clinicians.

Desirable: M.Sc in Microbiome research experience
