Post Name : Manager (Innovation)

Essential Qualification :

(1) First Class B.Tech./ BE in Mining/Electronics/ Mechanical/Robotics & Automation/ Computer Science/Mechatronics degree, preferably from a leading institute

(2) First Class Masters degree in Engineering/Technology from a leading institute.

(3) Preference will be given to candidates having experience and expertise in Innovation, Product Development, Start-ups, and CPS Technologies.

Essential Work Experience :

(1) At least 3 years of working experience in technology business sectors in Innovation, incubation, and entrepreneurship related activities.

(2) Having experience in such Technology Hub or Research Park for overall technological development.

Desirable :

(1) Expertise in CPS Technologies like IoT, Robotics, Automation, Cloud, and Sensor Technologies.

 (2) Having innovative mind-set looking for a change for contributing to the mission of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

(3) Effective communication, inter-disciplinary skills, Collaboration/Partnership, Organizational Development and Planning.

(4) Commanding respect, ability to interact comfortably with eminent and senior academicians, professionals, students, collaborators, and other stakeholders.

(5) Good at multitasking and working with diverse teams
