North Eastern Council Secretariat invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/Re-Employement:

Post Name: Research Officer (Small Scale Industries)

Essential Qualification:

(a) Officers of the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories.

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre department; or

(ii) With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in a post in the scale of pay of 6500-10500/- (5th CPC)/PB-2 9300-34800/-+Grade Pay Rs 4600/-(6th CPC) correspondence to Level 7 of the Pay Matrix of the 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or

(iii) With eight years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in a post in the scale of pay of Rs 5500- 9000/-(5th CPC)/PB-2 9300-34,800/-+Grade Pay 4200/-(6th CPC) correspondence to Level 6 of the Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or |equivalent in the parent cadre/department:

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications

(i) Bachelors Degree from a recognized University or equivalent

Essential Work Experience: Five years of experience in the promotion and development of small-scale industries and allied matters.
