Essential Qualification:

(a) Permanent employees of Central Government/state Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies holding

(i) Analogous posts OR

(ii) with 5 years service in posts in the scale of Pay Level 10 (As per 7 th CPC) (56 56100- 177500) or equivalent.

OR (iii) with 8 years service in posts in the scale of Pay Level 7 (As per 7 th CPC) (44900-142400). AND

(b) having experience of establishment, budget and accounts matters.

Ability to use Computer r is an essential qualification
