National Institute of Technology Durgapur invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

  • ME/M Tech/MS in CSE/IT/equivalent with minimum 6.5 CGPA or 60%marks from a recognized Institute/University selected through NET/GATE/national level examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies or institutes. Or

  • B Tech/BE in CSE/IT/equivalent with minimum 7.0 CGPA or 65% marks from any recognized Institute or University and NET/GATE (Qualified/validScore) in CS. Or

  • MCA with a minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks from any recognized Institute/University and relevant NET qualification (in JRF) /GATE(Qualified/valid Score) in CS.

Desirable:

  1. Knowledge of Machine Learning/Deep Learning is essential.

  2. Basic knowledge of Speech Processing or Natural Language Processing is desirable.

  3. Can speak and have knowledge of the grammar of Santali and/or Nagpuri (Sadri).
