Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission invites applications for the following posts via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Gym Instructor

Essential Qualification:

• Graduation from a recognized university

• Holders of Diploma in Training (Coaching) from NIS Patiala or any other NIS Institute affiliated to it or Post Graduate (PG) Diploma in Sports Coaching awarded by Laxmibai National Institute of Physical Education (Deemed University), Gwalior or

• BPEd/DPEd/BPE and any one of the following:- (a) Representation at the national level in rural sports competitions (b) Representation at the national level on behalf of the schools of the state in the All India School Sports Competition (c) Participation as a member of the University team in inter-university sports competitions as a player

Preferential Qualification:

• Has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years or

• Has obtained B or C certificate of the National Cadet Corps or

• Who has experience in youth work related to any post or who has expertise in sports
