National Institute of Technology Calicut invites applications from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following post:

Post Name: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Essential Qualification:

  • Masters Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication/ Public Relations/ Media Management OR Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication.

  • Mastery in the use of Languages (English, Hindi, Malayalam).

  • Excellent writing, oral presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using basic office automation tools (Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentations, etc.), video/photo editing, mobile applications, and social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Essential Work Experience: Minimum 3 years experience with media or public relations in a Media Industry/ Institution of repute/ University in the role of Public Relations Officer or similar P.R role.

Desirable: Knowledge of Multimedia Publication, Promotional material development, Advertising
