Essential Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University.
Essential Work Experience:
The candidate should be retired government servant from Central Govt./State Govt./ Autonomous body not below the rank of Under Secretary / Section Officer or equivalent (Level 9 as per 7 th CPC).
The candidate should have at least 20 years experience in administration, finance, technical work.
