Post Name: Deputy Executive (Tech)(Project)


Essential Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Electrical/Electronics/EEE/Instrumentation) (Preferably with 60% Marks or 1st Division)


Work Experience:

(i) Experience in installation testing and Commissioning of Utility-Scale Solar projects).

(ii) Working knowledge of the Plant Layout, Civil & Electrical Drawings, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Construction Standards, design, and installation codes as per project requirement.

(iii) Experience in liaising with various stakeholders of the project.


Post Name: Deputy Executive (Tech)(Design Engineering and Contracts)


Essential Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Electrical/Electronics/EEE/Instrumentation) (Preferably with 60% Marks or 1st Division)


Work Experience:

(i) Experience in Design and Engineering of utility-scale solar plants. 

(ii) Working knowledge of land use and layout optimization, Civil, Structural and electrical calculations, Earthing & lighting system design, Shadow Analysis, etc.

(iii) Knowledge of finalization of Technical Specification (TS), Plant Layout, Earthing Layout, AC and DC SLD, Drawings and Bill of Quantity (BOQ), etc. 

(iv) Experience of PVSYST, Auto Cad, Google Sketchup, etc.

(v) Experience of Costing and Estimation, as per project requirement. 

(vi) General understanding of contracts and procurement.


Post Name: Assistant Executive (Business Development)


Essential Qualification: MBA Marketing or equivalent (Preferably with 60% Marks or 1st Division)


Work Experience:

(i) Working Experience in strategic management consulting and energy consulting assignments in Power Sector

(ii) Having exposure in marketing activities across the power sector verticals i.e. knowledge base, conferences, Research reports and aligned to deliver towards the organizations strategic vision. 

(iii) To foresee upcoming Business opportunities in the power sector in general and Distribution/Solar/Renewable Sector in particular and to prepare a business model customized to the requirement of clients.
