Post Name: Consultant (Technical)

Essential Qualification: Master Degree or Bachelor Degree or Engineering degree (In any Field) from a recognized university with minimum 55% marks

Essential Work Experience:

• Should have an experience of atleast 20 years in the field of Footwear

• Should have an experience in developing product pricing

• Should have an experience for tendering, evaluation and supervision of the construction/upgradation work

• Should have an experience in Creating and implementing best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance

• Should have an experience in Ensuring that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets, which enables the Institute to function and compete effectively in the market to include Terms and conditions, supplier selection/de-selection, evaluation and rationalization of supply chain solutions including vendor managed inventory, supplier consignments and safety stock

• Should have an experience in Evaluating the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities

• Should have an experience in Contributing in overall business strategy and annual budget process

• Should have taken ownership of the purchasing policy, guidelines, and any associated documents

• Should have initiated and developed creative and innovative procurement processes (eProcurement)
