Essential Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Social Work or allied fields from a recognised University

  • Background in Child Rights or Human Rights

Essential Work Experience:

  • At least two (02) years of work experience in the field of Child Rights or Human Rights

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English fluently

  • Data collection skills, communication skills (written and oral), time management skills

  • Ability to work in a team, contributing to both team and individual goals

  • Proficiency in the use of G-Suite, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Self-driven, collaborative as well as the ability to work independently, attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Masters Degree in Social Work or allied fields from a recognised University

  • Organisation of workshops, trainings and events

  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Kannada fluently
