M.Sc. or equivalent in Electronics / Electronic Sciences (EL) / Physics (PH)/Nanotechnology/Material Science and GATE qualified or
M.E./M.Tech. in Microelectronics / Nanoelectronics / Nanotechnology/Nanobiotechnology / Material Science and engineering
Minimum CGPA of 8/10.

Essential Qualification: B.Sc/ 3 years Diploma in Engineering & Technology with all through first class/distinction
