Post Name: Senior Research Officer

Essential Qualification:

● Possess a full-time Master’s Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology (MA/Msc) from a recognized and reputed University

● Have at least four years of research experience in the larger field of mental health and worked with primary and secondary data

● Possess necessary research skills of data collection, entry and analysis

● Possess excellent writing skills

● Have demonstrated administrative and team management experience, ability to work independently and also collaboratively in teams and ability to complete tasks on time

● Speak English and Hindi and preferably one regional Indian language fluently

● Possess excellent academic writing skills

● Should be comfortable with travel

Post Name: Programme Officer

Essential Qualification:

● Possess a full-time Master’s Degree in Psychology from a UGC recognized University

● Possess good communication skills in English and Hindi and at least one more regional language

● Possess excellent academic and research writing skills in English ∙ Be willing to undertake travel within Mumbai and also to different parts of the country for trainings and workshops

● Be willing to work in flexible hours.

Essential Work Experience: Have at least 4 years of counseling experience and about 2 years of experience of working in a supervisory role 

Post Name:Senior Counselor

Essential Qualification:

● Possess a Master’s Degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology

● Speak English and Hindi and at least one regional language fluently and possess good writing skills in English

● Be skilled in the use of computers for the purpose of documentation, data analysis and email-based counselling

● Be willing to commit for a duration at least a year

● Have sound knowledge of therapeutic process skills and psychotherapy

● Be willing to work in shifts on a weekly rotational basis

● Be willing to travel within Mumbai and to different parts of the country to conduct outreach, training, and workshops

Essential Work Experience:Have counseling experience for minimum 2-3 years
