Post Name: Consultant (Human Resource)
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Essential Work Experience: Candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in HR function like Policy formulation/ Establishment Matters/ PMS/ Talent Enagement & Development/ Industrial Relations/ Disciplinary matters/ Contract Labour Management/legal compliances etc. Should have sound knowledge of HR Policies in PSUs and Govt. guidelines w.r.t Employee matters & legal compliances. In case of retired PSU Executive, he/she should have superannuated in the pay scale of 1,00,000-2,60,000 (E-7) and above or equivalent level in case of Officer retired from Central/State Government / Indian Navy/Army/Air Force and Indian Coast Guard.
Desirable:
2 years MBA / MSW / PG Degree / Diploma in HRM / IR/ Personnel Management/ Labour and Social Welfare / Labour Studies //labour laws
Experience in strategic HR initiatives like Talent Nurturing & Management, Designing Employee engagement practices and initiating other innovative global HR practices. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations as applicable to CPSES. Experience in PSU will be preferred
