Essential Qualification:
1. Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Journalism/Mass Media or Graduation with at least 2 (two) years experience in Journalism.
2. The applicant should be residing at the district headquarters or within a 10 km radius of the perimeter of the concerned district headquarters/municipality.
3. Knowledge of computer and word processing.
4. They should have a device for collecting news.
Desirable: Experience of coverage for electronic media.
