Central Leprosy Teaching and Research Institute invites applications for the following posts via Deputation:

Post Name: Junior Account Officer

Essential Qualification: 

Officers of the Central Government Officers possessing the following service, qualification, experience and other conditions eligible as per the existing Recruitment Rule for the post:-

(i) Assistants of the Central Secretariat Service with 5 years Service in the grade or with 10 years combined service in the grades of Assistant Upper Division Clerk or Upper Division Clerk of Central Secretariat Clerical Service with 10 years service in the grade, who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts work in the institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent and Possess three years experience of cash, accounts and budget work (or)

(ii) Officers under the Central Government holding analogous posts of S.A.S. Accountants or Subordinate Accounts Service Passed Clerks from any of the organized Accounts Departments. The Departmental Head Clerk with 5 years regular service in the grade and has undergone Training in Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management or equivalent will also be considered and in case he is selected for appointment to the post, the same shall be deemed to have been filled by promotion.

Post Name: Librarian (Library Information Assistant)

Essential Qualification: 

(a) The Officer holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department of Central Government/ State Government / Union Territories A.tron- Government bodies e.g. Universities, Research Institutions and Public Sector undertakings. With 5 years service rendered ir, ,Jrirtunt Librarian (Library Clerk) after appointment to the post on regular basis in Level -2 in the pay matrix (19,900 -63,200) in the parent cadre or Department of Central Government/ State Government / Union Territories A {on Government bodies eg Universities, Research Institutions and Public Sector undertakings.

(b) The Departmental officials in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on Transfer on Deputation (including Short term contract).

(c) Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

Post Name: Upper Division Clerk

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department. OR

(ii) With 8 years service rendered after appointment to the post on regular basis in Level -2 (19,900-63,200/-) or equivalent in the pu..rri cadre or Department.

(a) The Departmental officials in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consicieration for appointment on deputation.

(b) Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointrnent by promotion
