Ministry Of Earth Sciences invites applications for the following post(s) via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Project Scientist-II (Project Scientist-C)

Essential Qualification:

  1. Masters Degree or equivalent in any branch of Meteorology/ Atmospheric Sciences/ Ocean Science/ Physics/ Geology/ Geophysics/ Seismology/ Mathematics/ Applied Mathematics/ Statistics from a recognized university with at least first class (60%) at Post Graduation level.

  2. Minimum three years experience of research in Atmospheric/ Meteorological/ Ocean Science, Geo-sciences, Seismology and related fields. Good experience of working on MS Office tools, internet tools.

Desirable:

  1. Ph.D in any of the above-mentioned subjects from a recognized university/ institution.

  2. Working experience of handling/ managing R&D projects.
