Essential Qualification: PhD degree (chemistry/ biological sciences/ life sciences) from recognized university/ institute.

Essential Work Experience: 3 years of experience in operating the FESEM/ NMR/ AFM/ XRD/ ScXRD/ FACS/Cocfocal Microscopy.

Additional requirement: Experience in operating at least three of the following instruments and should provide a certificate.

  1. FESEM
  2. FT-NMR Spectrophotometer
  3. AFM/STM
  4. Single- Crystal XRD
  5. Powder XRD


Post Name: Instrument Scientist II

Essential Qualification: PhD degree (chemistry/ biological sciences/ life sciences) from recognized university/ institute.

Essential Work Experience: 1 years of experience in operating the FESEM/ NMR/ AFM/ XRD/ ScXRD/FACS/Confocal Microscopy.

Additional requirement: Experience in operating at least two of the following instruments and should provide a certificate.

  1. FESEM
  2. FT-NMR Spectrophotometer
  3. AFM/STM
  4. Single- Crystal XRD
  5. Powder XRD


Place of Interview: 3rd Floor, Research Building, IIT Guwahati.
