Essential Qualification:

(i) Should have knowledge of Devanagari script in Hindi

(ii) Graduate from any Recognised Government College or University.

Essential Work Experience:

(i) Should have at least one year practical experience of working independently in an electrical council, or a large industrial institution, in the matter of labor, industrial relations, labor welfare, etc. OR

(ii) Should have practical experience of at least 01 year working independently in Human Resource Management in a Power Council, Power Undertaking or any Large Industrial Institution
