North Eastern Council Secretariat invites applications for the following posts via Deputation

Essential Qualification:

1. Officers under the Central Government or State Governments or Union Territories :-

(a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in the PB-2 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay 5,400/- (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 9 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or

(iii) with six years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in the PB-2 9,300- 34,800/- + Grade Pay 4800/- (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 8 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; or

(iv) with seven years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in post in the PB-2 9,300- 34,800/- + Grade Pay 4600/- (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 7 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; and

(b) possessing the following educational qualification and experience:

(i) Bachelors Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.

(ii) Five years experience of administration or establishment work.
