Post Name: Research Associate

Essential Qualification:

  • Doctoral Degree in Soil & Water Conservation/Soil Science/Agronomy/Irrigation and Drainage Engineering/Water Resources Management/Agricultural Meterology/Civil Engineering With specialisation in Hydrology OR

  • M.Tech/M.Sc in Soil & water conservation/Soil Science/Agronomy/Irrigation and Drainage Engineering/Water Resources Management/Agricultural Meterology/Civil Engineering (Specialisation in Hydrology) with at least 4 years of Bachelors degree having 1 st division or at least 60 % marks or equivalent OGPA with at least minimum 3 years of research experience in relevant field as evidenced from fellowship/ associateship /training/other engagement and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/ NAAS rated (≥4.0) Journal.

Post Name: Senior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

  • M.Sc (Agriculture) Soil Science/Agronomy/Soil and Water Conservation/Forestry/Water Resources. Management with minimum 4 years bachelor degree

  • Candidate having Master Degree in above subjects with 3 years of Bachelor degree should have NET qualification and 2 years of research experience.

  • M.Tech Remote sensing and GIS /Geoinformatics/Computer Science/M.Sc (Agriculture) Soil Science/M.Sc Agronomy with minimum 4 years of Bachelor degree.

  • Candidate having Master Degree in above subjects with 3 years of bachelor degree should have NET qualification and 2 years of research experience.

Desirable:

  • Working experience in of soil survey & mapping, data interpretation and report preparation working experience of computer (MS Office)

  • NET/GATE qualification.

  • Working knowledge of GIS/ programming
