Post Name: Senior Data Scientist (Consultant)

Essential Qualification:

• Minimum qualification is a Masters in Economics/Econometrics/Spatial Statistics/Computational Methods PhD degree is desirable

• Additionally, web development skills (content API development) are highly desirable

• Good command in English language and report writing skills are highly desirable

Essential Work Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience is preferred in the above domains

• Experience with data scraping, data engineering and warehousing tools such as Python, SQL, Cloud Storage Technologies, GIS and mapping software is necessary In addition, the candidate must be aware of spatial data modelling using R Experience with standard machine learning techniques like NLP and computer vision is desirable

• Previous experience with computational performance benchmarking is highly desirable

• Ability and experience of working in large multidisciplinary teams (especially mixed methods approaches for data analysis)
