2. Officer holding post in the LEVEL-8 in the PAY MATRIX with 3 years of experience OR in the LEVEL-7 in the PAY MATRIX with 5 years of experience of Hospital Purchase.
3. 2 years Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in Hospital Management/ Material Management/ International Management/ Marketing Management from a recognised University.
