Essential Qualification: Officers of the Central Government/State/Govt/PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies/Statutory Bodies:
(a) (i) Holding analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre or department. or
(ii) With Five years regular service not ad-hoc in Level 6 (Rs 35400-112400) in pay matrix or equivalent or
(iii) With eight years regular service in Level 5 (Rs 29200-92300) in pay matrix or equivalent. and
(b) (i) Graduate from a recognized University.
(ii) Good knowledge of analysis, noting drafting, file maintenance, application of Government rules and orders on service matters.
(iii) Knowledge of computer and various applications.
