Essential Qualification:
B.E./B. Tech Degree in Electronics and Communications, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering with First Class and GATE qualified. Or
M.E./M.Tech in the discipline of ECE, Electrical (Microelectronics/VLSI/Digital Design etc.) with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA with GATE qualified.
Desired qualifications: Prior knowledge of Nanoscale Device Simulation, Modeling, Fabrication Physics of nanoscale devices, and Hands-on experience of TCAD Tools.
