1. Holding analogous posts on regular basis In Pay Level 11 In the Pay Matrix or equivalent. or
2. With 5 years service rendered in the grade after appointment there to on a regular basis in the Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix as per 7th Central Pay Commission Pay structure or equivalent.
3. Graduation or equivalent from any recognized University.
Essential Work Experience: Atleast 5 years experience in a responsible capacity
Desirable: :-Should have good computer competency
