Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Assistant Boring Technician

Essential Qualification:

  1. Passed the High School Examination of the Board of Secondary Education, Uttar Pradesh or an examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto,

  2. The candidate must have a certificate in tube well mechanic course given by Government Technical Center or Government Industrial Training Center, Lal Diggi Park, Gorakhpur or any certificate recognized as equivalent by the government;

  3. It is necessary for the candidate to have a three-year National Apprenticeship Certificate given by the Directorate of Service Planning and Testing, Uttar Pradesh or Industrial Training Council, Government of India in any of the following trades:

  • Machinist (machinist)

  • Fitter

  • Wireman

  • Turner

Desirable: Other things being equal, such a candidate shall be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment, who -

  • Should have served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years or,

  • Obtained "B" certificate of National Cadet Corps

Recruitment Details

Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission invites application for various posts. Total 486 number of vacancy/vacancies have been announced in the notification. Applications are invited with reference to advertisement number 06-Exam/2019. The minimum age limit is 18 and maximum age limit is 40 as on date. Age relaxation will be given to the following categories: SC/ST Categories, Other Backward Classes, Person With Benchmark Disability and Ex-Servicemen will be as per the government rules. Quota/Reservation will be provided to the following categories: Unreserved, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections, PWBD Quota, Freedom Fighter and Women . The examination will be conducted through Offline mode at Regional level. There will be a Physical Test. After compilation of all the procedures, the candidates will be posted at Uttar Pradesh, India, 226001.
