Centre for Management Development invites applications for the following post via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Director

Essential Qualification: A four-year technical/professional degree in a discipline concerned with power generation, transmission and distribution, IT, Finance, HRM and Law.

Desirable Qualification: Suitable relevant Masters degree in related subjects, including management.

Essential Work Experience:

1. Applicants should possess a minimum of 25 years of post qualification experience at a Senior Executive level in the relevant field (Enrollment in part time post graduate programme can be counted towards experience).
2. Professionals should have been elevated/appointed as Director, Executive Director or Head of a functional department in a utility or regulator in a rank equal to that of a Chief Engineer/ Chief Financial Officer/Chief Informatics Officer/ Chief Personnel Officer or equivalent, reporting to the Board of Directors.
3. Executives with experience of functioning for at least 3 years as Head of Department, Executive Director or Director in a Central or State power utility or Government of India/ State Government will be preferred over others.
4. IT professionals in Infrastructure/ Services/ HRM/ Finance and Senior executives from relevant private sector of comparable experience are also encouraged to apply.
