Essential Qualification : M. Sc. (Ag.) in Horticulture/M. Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Biochemistry with four-year B. Sc. (Ag.) degree.
Desirable : Experience in biochemical analysis of plants, fruits and soils as evidenced by research papers and knowledge about grapes. Experience in recording field observations.

Essential Qualification : B.Sc. (Agriculture), OR B.Tech (Food Technology) OR B.Tech (Agricultural Biotechnology) and other relevant disciplines.
Desirable : Work experience in food laboratory will be preferable.
