National Institute of Technology Hamirpur invites applications for the following post(s) via direct recruitment:

Post Name: Junior Research Fellow

Essential Qualification:

1. The applicant must have passed Bachelor and Post Graduate (PG) degree in engineering Technology. Open/ EWS/ OBC-NCL candidates must have secured minimum CGPA/ CGPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60 % marks in both Bachelor and PG degrees. In case of SC/ST candidates a minimum CGPA/ CGPI of 6.0 on a 10 point scale (or equivalent) or 55 % marks in both Bachelor and PG degrees shall be applicable.

2. B.Tech/BE should be in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

3. M.Tech/ME should be in Water Resources Engineering/ Hydraulics or equivalent.

4. The candidate must have obtained his PG degree through GATE/ NET, however valid GATE/NET score is not mandatory The selected candidate will be encouraged to register for Ph.D. as per Institute rules
