Post Name: Stenographer (Hindi)

Essential Qualification:

1. Pay Matrix Level - 07 (28700–91300) under Chhattisgarh Pay Revision Rules 2017

2. Certificate of passing graduation examination from a recognized university with minimum 45% marks for unreserved category and minimum 40% marks for reserved category.

3. Certificate of passing Hindi stenography examination by Chhattisgarh or Madhya Pradesh Typewriting and Typewriting Examination Board or any other equivalent board recognized by the Government.

4. Diploma in Computer Application [DCA] from a University or an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government with MS word. Minimum knowledge of Word and Internet.

5. Should have a speed of 5,000 key depressions per hour in Hindi computer typing (skill test will be taken in relation to speed.)

Post Name: Assistant Grade-3

Essential Qualification:

1. Pay Matrix Level-04 (19500-62000) under Chhattisgarh Pay Revision Rules 2017

2. Certificate of passing graduation examination from a recognized university with minimum 45% marks for unreserved category and minimum 40% marks for reserved category.

3. Diploma in Computer Application [DCA] from a University or an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government with MS Word. Minimum knowledge of Word and Internet.

4. Should have a speed of 5,000 key depressions per hour in Hindi computer typing (skill test will be taken in relation to speed.)
