Essential Qualification :

(i) Master Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized University
(ii) 15 years of administrative experience in government/autonomous organisation/Reputed Non-Government Organisation

(iii) Acquaintance with Gandhian Philosophy and Commitment for constructive work in various social fields.

Desirable: Experience of working at the national level in the social sector in projects and programmes similar to those undertaken by GSDS and/or having authored publications, based on original research, in reputed national/international journals on Gandhian Studies/Philosophy and related areas.
