Essential Qualification:

  1. Postgraduate in any discipline from a reputed instituteion.

  2. Should possess excellent date analysis and presentation skills.

  3. Should be conversant with the use of social media.

  4. Should Possess project management skills.

  5. Minimum of 2 years of work experience working with Government/Development organizations. Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years work experience with government.

  6. Self Driven with good communication and Coordination skills. Proficient in English and Hindi, Proficient in local language of the respective Aspirational Block will be an added advantage for Aspirational block Fellow.
