ICMR National Institute of Cholera and Enteric Diseases invites application from eligible candidates for Walk-in-Interview for the following posts:
Post Name: Scientist C (Non- medical)
Essential Qualification:
1st Class M.Sc. degree in Life Sciences (Covering Biomedical Science, Pharmacology. Zoology, Botany, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, Biotechnology and related applied Life Sciences subjects ) from recognized University with a minimum of 4 years of R and D experience, preferably in the same subject alter First Class Master Degree (PhD will be considered as equivalent to 3 years of experience). OR
2nd Class M.Sc. degree in Life Science as defined above + PhD degree in relevant subjects from a recognized university with minimum of 4 years of R & D experience, preferably in the same subject after PhD.
Desirable:
1. Additional Post-doctoral research experience in relevant subjects from recognized Institutes, as evidenced by publication in reputed journals.
2. PhD thesis/postdoctoral experience on the subject area of Immunology will be given special preference.
3. Hands-on experience on flow cytometry for immunephenotyping, especially using human peripheral blood samples.
4. Hands-on experience of cell sorting using FACS.
5. Ilands-on experience on ELISPOT assays and multiplex ELISA.

Essential Qualification:
12th passed in science subjects and 2 years DMLT (Tech) or one year DMLT plus one year working experience in a recognized organization/ field/ laboratory
Desirable:
1. PBMC isolation from human peripheral blood samples
2. Knowledge of computer application, especially clinical data management software,
