Post Name: Assistant Manager (Legal)

Essential Qualification:

  • Three years full time LLB (or) Five years full time integrated LLB from recognized university/law school

  • Working in analogous E2 grade, with minimum 3 yrs experience related to Arbitration/Court cases pertaining to Land Acquisition for projects (For Railway/Metro/RRTS/Railway PSUs etc) in the State of Haryana or

  • Working in E-1 grade with minimum 5 yrs experience related to Arbitration/Court cases pertaining to Land Acquisition for projects (For Railway/Metro/RRTS/Railway PSUs etc) in the State of Haryana or

  • Minimum 15 years of post-essential qualification experience (after registration in any Bar Council) out of which with minimum 5 yrs experience related to Arbitration/Court cases pertaining to Land Acquisition for projects (For Railway/Metro/RRTS/Railway PSUs etc) in the State of Haryana
