Post Name: Director

Essential Qualification:

(A) Officers under Central/State Government / Universities / Recognized Research Institutes / Public Sector Undertaking/Semi Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organization,

(i) Holding Analogous posts on regular basis in the field of Sports Administration, OR

(ii) Holding posts in Level-11 in the Pay Matrix with three years regular service in the field of Sports Administration, OR

(iii) Holding posts in Level-10 in the Pay Matrix with eight years regular service in the field of Sports Administration . and, Possessing the following essential & desirable qualifications/requirements:-

(B) Essential qualification and requirements:- (i) Graduation from recognized university

Desirable:

(i) Degree/Diploma in Sports Management or Sports Coaching.

(ii) Experience of handling Disability Sports activities

Post Name: Deputy Director (Sports)

Essential Qualification:

(A) Officers under Central/State Government/Universities/Recognized Research Institutes/Public Sector Undertaking/Semi Government/Autonomous/Statutory Organization, 

(i) Holding Analogous posts on regular basis in the field of Sports Administration, OR

(ii) Holding posts in Level-10 in the Pay Matrix with five years regular service in the field of Sports Administration, OR

(iii) Holding posts in Level-8 in the Pay Matrix with ten years regular service in the field of Sports Administration . and, Possessing the following essential & desirable qualifications:- 

(B) Essential qualification and requirements:- (i) Graduation from recognized university 

Desirable:

(i) Degree/Diploma in Sports Management or Sports Coaching.

(ii) Experience of handling Disability Sports activities

Post Name: Administration and Account Officer

Essential Qualification:

For Deputation:

(A) Officers under Central/State Government / Universities / Recognized Research Institutes / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous / Statutory Organization, 

(i) Holding Analogous posts on regular basis dealing with accounts, administration, establishment, finance, purchase and store etc. OR

(ii) 5 years regular service dealing with accounts, administration, establishment, finance, purchase and store etc., in Pay Level 8 or above , OR

(iii) 8 years regular service dealing with accounts, administration, establishment, finance, purchase and store etc., in Pay Level 7 or above. and, 

(B) Possessing the following qualifications:- 

(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics/Business Administration or other related subject dealing with financial management or administration from a recognized University.

(ii) Having working knowledge of computer

For Direct Recruitment:

(i) Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University

Essential Work Experience: Working experience of 10 years in accounts or administration under Central/State Government/Universities/Recognized Research Institutes/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous/Statutory Organization out of which minimum 5 years should be in Level-8 or above of pay matrix.

Desirable:

(i) Professional Degree/MBA/2 years PG Diploma in accounts/administration or related fields from recognized Institution.

(ii) Experience in dealing with matters relating to disabled sports persons.

Post Name: Administrative Assistant

Essential Qualification:

(i) Bachelor’s Degree from a Recognized University/Institution.

(ii) Working knowledge of computer

Essential Work Experience: Having 2 years working experience in the matters relating to sports administration/assistance in sports coaching/establishment of sports centre/finance/purchase and store etc., in a reputed public/private organization.

Desirable:

(i) Degree/Diploma in computer application/sports management/sports coaching.

(ii) Experience in dealing with matters relating to disabled sports persons.

Post Name: Accountant

Essential Qualification:

(i) Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics/other related subject dealing with financial management from a recognized University.

(ii) Working knowledge of computer

Essential Work Experience: Having 2 years working experience in a public/reputed private organization/sector dealing with Accounts/cash/Budget/other related field in financial management.

Desirable :-

(i) Professional Degree/Diploma in cost accounts from Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).

(ii) Experience in dealing with matters relating to disabled sports persons.
