Essential Qualification: Must have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent in any discipline with Diploma / Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized Institute or University. S/he must also have sound knowledge of Bengali and Hindi and working knowledge of English.

Essential Work Experience: Working experience in data management and working knowledge of health related portals.

Other Eligibility criteria: A person recovered or suffering from the disease (Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C) may also apply.
