Employees Provident Fund Organisation invites applications for the following posts via Deputation/Re-Employment:

Post Name: Welfare Officer

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Officers of EPFO, Central/State Government.

(ii) Holding analogous posts on regular basis; or with 03 years regular service in the Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 9300-34800 with GP 4200/-(pre revised) (5500-175-9000 (5th CPC)-1640-2900 (4th CPC) or equivalent failing which with 08 year regular service in posts in the scale of Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 9300-34800 with GP 4200/-(pre revised) {5000-150- 8000 (5th CPC)-1400-2600(4th CPC}

Possessing the following qualifications and experience:-

(i) Post Graduate Degree/diploma in Social Service/Social Welfare/Social Work/Sociology/Psychology of a recognised University/Institution or equivalent, (ii) Three years experience in a responsible capacity in Social Work in a social welfare. Department under the Central/State Government or in a recognised Voluntary Social Welfare organisation.

 

Post Name: Junior Analyst

Essential Qualification: 

(i) Officers of the EPFO failing which under the Central Government/State: Government/Universities/Recognized Research Institution /Public Undertaking/Statutory, Semi- Government or autonomous organization.

(ii) A degree of a recognized university or equivalent and

(iii) Holding analogous posts in Level-7 of the pay matrix (PB-2 9300-34800 with GP 4600/-(pre revised) ( 6500-200-10500 (5th CPC) or

(iv) Rendered atleast 05 years of service in the post in level-6 in the scale of Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 9300-34800 with GP 4200/-(pre revised) (5500-175- 9000 (5th CPC)

(v) Rendered atleast 08 years of service in the post in level-6 in the scale of Level-6 of the pay matrix (PB-2 9300-34800 with GP 4200/-(pre revised) ( 5000-150- 8000 (5th CPC).

(vi) Completed successfully or be eligible to undergo the advance management service course of the Institute of Work Study or a Comparable Training in any other recognized Institution.
