Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities invites applications for the following post via Deputation/Absorption :

Post Name: Deputy Chief Commissioner

Essential Qualification:

(1) Officers under the Central Government/State Government/Union Territory, Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Organisations:

(i) Holding analogous post on regular basis; or

(ii) With 5 years regular service in the level 12 (78800- 209200) or equivalent; or

(iii) With 10 years regular service in the level-11 (67700- 208700) or equivalent and possessing the following educational qualifications and experience.

(2) Post Graduate Degree in Social Science/Degree in Law from a recognised University.

Desirable: Doctorate/Post Graduate Degree in Management /Law and at least five years experience in legal and disability matters.
