Eligibility: Applicants must be Officers under the Central/State Govt./Autonomous bodies/Universities: holding analogous posts on regular basis OR with 5 years regular service in the post with pay level 12 in the pay matrix, 78800-209200 OR with 10 years regular service in the post with pay level 11 in the pay matrix, 67700-208700.
