Essential Qualification:
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Physics; Candidates who have submitted Ph.D. thesis are also welcome to apply
Hands-on Experience in using electrical characterization tools (Semiconductor parameter analyzers - B1500, 4200A for I-V, C-V and/or Pulse I-V)
Hands-on Experience in using Sentaurus TCAD or Silvaco
Hands-on experience in the clean-room facility is a plus
