North Eastern Council Secretariat invites applications for the following posts via Deputation.

Post Name: Executive Engineer (Civil)

Essential Qualification:

(a) Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute or equivalent.

(b) Officers under the Central Government or State Governments/Union Territories or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Recognised Research Institutions or Statutory or Autonomous Organisations:

(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR

(ii) with five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in the scale of pay of 8000- 13500/- (5th CPC)/ PB-3 15600-39100/- + Grade Pay 5400/- (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 10 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; OR

(iii) with eight years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in post in the scale of pay of 6500- 10500/- (5th CPC) / PB-2 9,300-34,800/- + Grade Pay 4600/- (6th CPC) corresponding to Level 7 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Essential Work Experience: Five years experience in execution/construction of civil works including Hill roads.
